Uploading your files to web
Up until now I've been talking a lot about website names and web hosts, but what about making your site available to the world?
Well, once you have purchased a hosting plan from a web host such as Host Gator you will be emailed your ftp login credentials and your website information.
With this information you will be able to upload files and make changes to your new website, but first you need an ftp program such as:
- FileZilla - a free FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Program
Once you have successfully downloaded and installed FileZilla, open the program and this is what you will see:

Go ahead and Click "Quick Connect" and then you'll see something like this:
Once you connect you should see this screen where you can drag and drop from your desktop:
